Good day siblings in Christ,
This week got away from me. I am trying to finish a 20+ page paper for my independent study by Sunday. It is now written and in the editing stage.
Woo hoo! Three big announcements this week:
- Tomorrow, July 3 at the Croton Community Room there is a blood drive from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Blood is needed right now, so if you can donate, tomorrow is the day.
- We are having a special congregational meeting after worship on July 11 to vote on a proposal regarding the Circle School. To learn more about the proposal and discuss it, you may join one of two information sessions scheduled for Tuesday, July 6 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. and Wednesday, July 7 from 10-11 a.m. Members should have received information about the proposal and Zoom links for the two information sessions. Please contact the church office if you need further information.
- The big Lutheran World Relief get to re-know you celebration is also on July 11 after worship. This is a time to get to re-know one another and see some of the work the ladies of the LWR quilting group have done. There is an auction where one person will be able to select 1 quilt from any of the 30 made this year. Very exciting!
