This is the weekend!
There will be a blessing of quilts and kits on September 7. We hope you will be here for that special day. We will also have a visit by Bishop Foster on this day. We want to have as many people to welcome Bishop Foster and celebrate the work of the congregation and the quilters. We now have multiple people bringing desserts, but we will not say no to more. We want to show who Our Saviour is!
We have a baptism on September 14! This is our third baptism of the year!
Wednesday Bible study will not begin until October 1. This is due to various schedules, including mine. I apologize for the inconvenience.
As of Monday, I should be one of the deans of the conference. Conference deans are a connection between the congregations and the Bishop’s office. I may also be called to provide coverage for congregations in transition. In fact, I know I will be covering one almost immediately after being elected.
