Notice of congregational meeting

Good day siblings in Christ,

I just finished writing my annual report to the congregation and it is filled with good news. Just a reminder that we are waiting for about three more reports to be submitted, which are due this Sunday, so we can get them to the congregation prior to the November 23 annual meeting.

Constitutionally, the annual report with the budget must be available 2 weeks prior to the annual meeting. We will, once again, email the whole booklet via this mailing list and print a small number of reports to save paper. Notification of the annual meeting must be done two weeks in advance, so we are ahead!

Thrivent will be hosting coffee hour on Nov 2.

The Bishop’s installation is filling up quickly, so if you would like to attend on November 23, please sign up here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/installation-of-the-rev-dr-katrina-foster-as-bishop-of-mnys-tickets-1416850641409?aff=oddtdtcreator.

Next Sunday, I will be with Trinity, White Plains and Deacon Lee Ann will be leading worship at Our Saviour. There is no communion. It is also the recognition of All Saints, so if there are pictures or small items you would like to bring to place on the altar that day, please do so and prior to worship, find a space to place them. We want to remember our loved ones on this day.

There may be a very special musician rejoining us for the last hymn this week.

I have been asked by the Village to share this announcement:
