Good day siblings in Christ,
I want to let you know that another phishing attempt is being made using my name. This happens to clergy regularly now. These fraudulent email messages may appear to come from my email address or one similar to mine, but they are NOT from me. I will never ask congregational members for money or gift cards. After all, I still have my parents to mooch from (ha!). I also rarely text anyone, so if you get a text message apparently from me asking for money, it isn’t me. Just ignore it.
As for church announcements, there is no Bible study tonight. A new study starts next week on October 27 with a 6 week study on gratitude.
The annual meeting is coming up on November 21, so if you have something you would like to submit for the book of reports, it should be done very soon.
