Good day siblings in Christ,
Thank you to Croton Caring last week for their abundant coffee hour filled with locally made breads, croissants, and sandwiches. It was quite tasty.
I am pleased to announce that we have a new musician! Graig Feliz will be starting with us next Sunday. He is a piano player, so our worship style will change a bit, but he brings a long history of leading worship in the Methodist church. I want to thank Kyle and John K for their work on the search committee. I also want to deeply thank Larry, Joe, Eleanor, and Kyle for their work playing in our worship service each and every week. Thanks to them we had music for every service. I hope you will come out on the 15th to welcome Graig.
I was away this last week, teaching emotional intelligence to first call pastors and deacons. It was an honor to do so and I learned as much as they did. This Sunday, following worship, I will need to leave early to get to Trinity, White Plains to do some work there. If there is anything that one needs to share with me, please see me before the service or drop me a line this week.
Our annual meeting is on November 22 following worship. There will be constitution updates and one copy is printed out for you to check. If you would like your own emailed or printed out, please let us know. The book of reports were emailed earlier this week from the account “office administrator.” There will be a few printed versions out.
