Long list of announcements

Good day siblings in Christ,

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and time to rest. There are lots of announcements this week, so I will get right into it.

Announcements for this week

After a month off, Bible study resumes tonight at 7:00 p.m. We are looking at the Gospel of Mark.

A few people have said they would like Bible study, but Wednesday night doesn’t work. Let’s chat about a Zoom only version.

There will be special online one-off quick study lessons throughout December, but especially on December 6 and 13. Look for them on our Facebook and YouTube pages.

This Saturday is our Christmas Fair! There is setup on Friday and the fair on Saturday. There are still spaces to volunteer. There are also wonderful crafts, baked goods, soup, a coloring contest for kids, and some gently used goods. Something for everyone.

December 9: We will have our annual Christmas caroling around the Harmon area, leaving the church at 7:00 p.m. Even if you cannot sing, come on out! It is such a fun time and the appreciation by the neighborhood is incredible. Hot cocoa waits for us when we return too. This is a great family activity where lots of kids are involved. There is walking involved and we usually cover about a mile, very, very slowly.

December 18: A special surprise for worship.

December 24: Christmas Eve service at 7:00 p.m.

December 25: Christmas morning service at 10:00 a.m. Relaxed attire such as jammies or Santa hats is welcomed.

January 1: Lessons and Carols at 10:00 a.m.
